Hands re-entered the room, hoping it wasn't quite as... dramatic looking... as when she had come in the first time.

At the sound of someone walking in, Hawkeye turned. She gave the girl a half smile, recognizing her from before, then returned her attention to the window. She hugged her knees up to her chest, glaring at the people walking around outside.

Blink came back into the room, and over to her. "Come on...Cab's downstairs." He held a hand out to her. "Need me to carry you?" He asked in a light teasing manner, eyebrow raised.

Hawkeye rolled her eyes, grabbing his hand and hopping off the windowsill, "If I said yes, would you?" She arched an eyebrow back at him, smirking slightly, before heading toward the door. This didn't work out very well, as she soon doubled over in a fit of coughing, leaning against the wall for support.

Blink hesitated, but eventually wrapped her arm around his neck, hers around her waist. "If you said yes, then I would." He murmurred to her, before starting to lead her downstairs. He didn't want to pick her up, because he had a feeling she would want to get there on her own two feet, and this was pretty much the only way that was going to happen.

(New morning)
"Ooo..." Blink woke from a sound sleep feeling like hell in a handbasket. Groaning under his breath he sat up, rubbing at his face. He looked around, it was still early, and he was sure people were still asleep. "Race?" He murmurred softly, poking his head over the side of his bunk, trying to see if his buddy was asleep or not in his bunk.
Not even taking long enough to see, he swung his legs over the edge and dropped to the cold hardwood floor, having to grab the small chest between the beds to stay up. That was new. How long had he been doing that? Years? Grumbling under his breath he walked over to the door and swung it open, going to the washroom to splash some water on his face.
